Trademark Cinemas Acquisition, LLC is a growing chain of multiplex motion picture theaters located in the East Coast. The Company currently operates 39 screens in 4 locations located in Florida, Georgia, and New York.

The Company differentiates itself from its competition by "rebuilding" older locations into current state-of-the-art multiplex (8-12 screen facilities of 35,000 to 50,000 square feet) located in mid-sized metropolitan markets and suburban growth areas of large metropolitan markets across the East Coast. We do not believe in the megaplex theatre concept (18 to 30 screens). The essence of our business model is acquiring those older out of date locations that were once the dominant theatre in the market.

Once a location is acquired we begin to implement our strategy by redesigning and upgrading the entire facility both inside and out. Retrofitting the auditoriums to plush comfortable stadium seating, installing digital/3D projection and sound systems, upgraded concession operations and new lobby public areas providing a current and classy environment.
We intend to be market leaders with alternative content programming including showing sporting events, concerts, and other live events.

Other theatre operators believe today's theatrical movie entertainment experience is “not just about the movie” but the “movie is part of the overall entertainment experience”. They offer such amenities as VIP areas with full-service bars, restaurants and bowling alleys. We believe exactly the opposite, "it's all about the movie experience". In other words do what we do best provide movies in a first class facility with superior guest service for the best possible movie going experience.
